Add an Object Styles Pallete or a Saved Elements Library
I would love to see something similar to an "Object Styles" Pallete like Adobe InDesign has (see screen shot) obviously it would not have as many options, but it would work similar to as follows:
User can:
Add a shape
Add text
Add an image
Style each in Design Palette using existing go options
Group Elements
Save grouped elements as Object Styles or In Elements LibraryI don't care where it goes – I trust the Webydo team to make the right choice, and this community to vote and make other suggestions.
Ultimately the problem this solves is having to…
13 votesHi James,
Once again thank you for your wonderful suggestion. We are glad to let you know that we have something very similar in the works. The development we are working on will let you save whole sections of your site to be used on any website in your account, accompanied with readymade elements. We will let you know when it’s available, and please keep suggesting ideas!

Clients paying for the upgraded plan
Like the "bill my client" but for the premium plan.
So the client can buy the plan. Then the designers work is done and the client would be responsible for paying to keep their site up.
12 votesThanks for the idea. This is planned, and hopefully be released soon.

Parallax Hover/ Rollover States for shapes and text
Love the new button states, however if we could only use those same functions on other aspects of elements. ie shapes, images and text
Additionally, the ability to customize the parallax animation feature, offer "on scroll" (as it does now), or "on hover" (cursor hovers over element) or "on page opening" (when the page loads), etc.
Then all this can be combined to create an awesome site!
12 votesThanks Katherine,
Images will be next in line to get hover animation effects.
Stay tuned!

HTML Code
It would be awesome if the html code could expand like the shapes and pictures do. If it had the fit to option too.
12 votesWe are planning multiple improvement for the HTML widget, including the ability to fit to the 100% width of the page.

Ability to add interactions and animations to any element and display on any device.
Ability to add interactions, animations and transitions to any element that can be triggered on load, scroll, click etc, and display on any device.
Interactions and animations are such an important part of modern web design and so many competitors to Webydo now offer them as a standard feature. Perhaps they could be added to an improved parallax animator.Kaspar

When linking images
Have the option to link an Image to a POP screen showing only the API's. Example:
You see my site, so the contact, I wish to see it on the same page, making a short contact form to be easy to fill and send, and once send or deleted, we go back to the main screen, Also you can see, schedule, so I wish to click on it, and open a POP window showing only the calendar.11 votesThanks for the feedback!
This feature is planned and will soon be available. -

Downloadable Social Icons
Would be very handy to have a set of social media icons (like the ones on some of your templates) to choose from.

Social icons are frequently used, and having them ready to use will for sure be very handy.
We have added this idea to our plans. We will update you here when it’s ready.

News widget update - Pagination
If you have more than a certain number of news articles on a page and you have to use the pagination, can you stop it from jumping to the top of the page? if you have a long page and your news is at the bottom, it can get a bit annoying. Thanks! ;)
7 votesHi there,
Thanks for your insight. The behavior you’ve described is not ideal, and we will change it soon.

ecwid shopping cart solution
please help! i really need this. to make a ecommerce website, u need one more option. embedding ecwid cart - and ecwid product - whenever i want - in the website. the problem is when embedding the cart - it popups inside the iframe. the one change you need to make - is for the cart - to popup outside the iframe. then ecommerce can be perfected. thanks. here you can see example - how badly the open cart looks when clicked http://webmarin.co.il/Page4.html THANK YOU!!!
6 votesThanks Marianna,
We are planning to update the HTML Element, so that it will no longer be an iframe. This will solve this issue as well.
The problem is that this will take us a couple of months to release.

Add Forms "Subject" Field
The addition of a subject field in forms for sites with multiple forms pages to identify which page an inquiry has been sent from. I have no way of knowing which client page a form will be processed from and need ability to tag appropriately.

Editing individual article names in CMS
There needs to be way that someone using the CMS is able to name each article when adding a new one so that they can be properly organised. At present this is only possible to do in the full editor & not the CMS.
In the CMS it just creates articles as "New Item" which makes it impossible for users to manage when they have dozens of articles, all named "New Item" - there's no way of telling which article is the one you want to move or delete.
4 votesHi Steve,
We appreciate your suggestion as well as definitely agree with you. Enabling CMS users to edit article names is a planned feature, and it will be available further down the road.

One CMS login at once
Only be able to log in with the same login at different times, as logging in with the same username and password will have issues with autosave with the same login details at the same time.
1 voteHi Anton,
This idea is planned for development. We have noticed this issue and working on one open session only for a website.
Thanks for the suggestion, all of your ideas are noted.
