In our global work many times we need multi-language support. I've unsuccessfully tried to create the one with existing functionality.5 votes
You may build a site with Webydo on any language you want.
You may use “Right to Left” and “Left to Right” languages.
The interface is only available in English at the moment, but we will probably make it multi-language in the future.

We love you too :)
Need to be able to add image descriptions to all template images4 votes
This is already available, check it out here:
Creo que puede tener utilidad una caja de texto editable que cambie como un slide show pero sólo con texto. De esa forma puedes tener un video en la home de fondo y sobre ese video unas frases descriptivas que se suceden una de la otra..4 votes
You may try this trick:
Add a Gallery to your canvas, and use a transparent images.
This way, you have the image’s title and subtitle displayed with transitions.
Will the code generated by Webydo still be cross-platform compatible when all browsers gets upgraded?
What will we have to do to keep our client's sites cross-platform compatible?4 votes
Yes. That is why we have a great team of developers making sure your websites are always up to date with the always updating technologies.
I think it is way to easy to delete your site. I'm afraid that one day I accidentally delete a project I have been working on for hours/days and I won't be able to recover it. I think it be good to have a password credential to delete the site. Or even if you delete it by accident maybe the webydo team can still keep it in their database for like 24 hrs or so for precautions .4 votes
If you delete your site by mistake, contact support, and they will recover it for you.
Is there an option to pay a lump fee and have the website free of your cloud?4 votes
Hi Dara, The answer is yes. You may export a site created with Webydo.
By doing so, you will download a file containing all the site’s pages and media.
How To Do It:
In the Dashboard, click the “Settings” icon next to the desired site, and click “Download Website As A Zip Backup File.”
Webydo Studio supports adaptive design, please look at this article in the Knowledge Base.
As there have been quite a few new changes and additions to Webydo, not least with the arrival of new Webydo Store area, can we please have the current white label tutorials on Vimeo updated and some new specifically "WHITE LABEL" video tutorials created for the store and new apps?
Thank you4 votes
We have an updated, white label, knowledge base. Check it out: https://design-editor.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
I'd LOVE to see a 'parallax scroll' option to FADE IN (0% ~ 100% Opacity) as well as the current Fade Out as is the current situation.
What I'd like to do is create images that fade in, perhaps stay visible for a short amount of time over a scroll, then fade out to vanish once again.
ALSO to have a movement follow a Bézier curve rather than simply a strait line...4 votes
Making an element fade to 100%, or the other way around is possible using the Parallax Scrolling Animation option.
After adding parallax to an element, click on the “+ Add Effect” button, and choose “Fade To”.
If you set it to fade to 0%, the element will fade out, and if you set it to 100%, it will fade in.
In order to delay the effect, choose the “Delay Before” effect.
Let me know how it works out.
Is there no way to change fonts or colours sitewide? If my client decides he wants a different colour scheme or font i have to manually change every element on every page using that colour! Maybe an option when assigning a style to an element, it can be selected from "Sitewide style" with a panel to create and amends these styles?4 votes
Webydo does have site wide colors.
Click on the “Site Presets” link in the top menu and choose your site colors.
If you change later on the colors, they will take affect on all the site.
Regarding site wide fonts, we are working on that, and it should be available in the near future.
I really do not need the ecommerce store solution...I need more of a non-profit giving solution as in these:4 votes
Thanks Kel for your great idea!
I would recommend for you to use Paypal’s payment buttons for that.
You should visit the links I will post here, and copy the code for the button.
Then you should head back to Webydo, choose the HTML widget and paste the code inside it.

Paypal buttons for single purchases:
It would be great if we could view and edit a 'page master' without being able to see the rest of the clutter from the page so we can focus only on the items that will appear on every page.3 votes
You can save time from manually inserting the same elements across all your pages by utilizing the “Repeat on Some Pages” feature.
Once you finish designing an element, simply right-click on it and select the “Repeat on all Pages” option. You’ll be able to select on which pages the element will appear.
In order to only see the “master” elements, create a new blank page, and you will only see the “repeated master elements”.
Webydo already supports adaptive design, you can learn more about it in the Knowledge Base.
If you have more questions feel free to contact our support team.
Mac's color management is really ideal. It saves color palates for each site and client so you can use them across client work... please 'o please add to Webydo!:)3 votes
Thanks for the idea.
You may set site wide colors in the site properties panel, available on the top menu.
I would like to offer my clients Facebook stores so that they can have another way of reaching their customers. Consider allowing users to make designs "Facebook friendly".3 votes
In order to design a Facebook page, you just need to make sure you set your site width a little bit smaller.
To do that, go to the “Site Presets” on Webydo’s studio and set your site width narrower than 810 pixels.
This is how Facebook explain it:
“The amount of space available to your tab app is bounded by the outer context of Facebook. It may be configured to display with a width of 520 pixels (default) or 810 pixels.”
i'd personally like to pay by the year so its less hassel if a client misses a payment or if a payment cant be made for un-forseen reasons3 votes
In order to purchase a monthly subscription, just toggle the Yearly/Monthly option on the top left section, above the pricing table.
Everytime I export a site there is images missing. It would be great to export a site with all the images in the site :)3 votes
All site exports include everything you need to host the website on your own server.
Images in Image and Section/Shape elements get added to a folder within the export.
Images in the Media Galleries are coded in and require your site to be hosted in order to see them.
If you believe that your export was missing pages or information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you a new export.
