Buttons link
We should be able to link a button (for example "Click") to an image. Currently this feature is not available.
1 voteHi Diana, thank for reaching out.
Could you pleas elaborate some more on your request? What do you mean by linking to an image? Is the image supposed to open as a pop-up?
Thanks, waiting for your comment.

undo / history
It would be great to be able to have a HISTORY panel where you can jump back to a specific action or version like in Photoshop.
1 voteHi there,
Most of the functions you have described already exists on the “Revision History” feature, released earlier this year. It enables you to preview older versions and changes made to your website and recover the version you like best.
Regarding your great suggestion to restore a specific action: let’s see the community’s feedback.

Just click on the gallery’s main image, and you will find the “Image Transition” options on the top menu.

Editing Headers
Only allow changes in Desktop header to impact all pages. Editing the header in other displays such as tablet or mobile shouldn't impact the alignment on the Desktop version. It creates an unnecessary battle with resizing between versions.
1 voteHi Sarah,
Thank you for your feedback. We share your view about maintaining header content hierarchy, however would like to highlight a change we have applied lately and is relevant to your idea:
Originally, each page on Webydo Studio contained header and footer sections, separated from the main content area by flexible horizontal dividers.
After implementing the Responsive Studio and considering our users requests, we found that the header divider is no longer helpful – and this feature no longer exist in new projects.

Un-nest pages
I have inadvertently nested a couple of pages under other pages in the Pages & Navigation window. I can not see how to undo this? I assume there must be a way, but it is not included in your tutorial video, and, if there isn't a way, there probably should be.
1 voteThanks for the feedback! I will make sure you get contacted by our support team.

Text in galleries
It would be nice if you could enable a feature where it is possible to add a text to every individual foto in a gallery, not only one text for everyone.
Like this for example: http://politiken.dk/fotografier/reportagefoto/ECE2375751/de-gjorde-det/
1 voteThis is already available. Every image has it’s own text.
Just try it, add a different text to each image.
If you have any issues with it, please contact our support team, I am sure they will be happy to assist.

Ability to see what I have already uploaded
Webydo misses the feature to see all the images I have already uploaded for my website. It would be great to have my uploaded images online so I don't have to keep re-uploading them overtime
1 voteHi Liam,
You may see every image you upload to your site, in the Media Library.Click CMD/CTRL+ M or open it from the “view” menu and you’ll be able to upload all of your images onto the Webydo system and use them to build your site.
This is a great and easy way to make the site’s images available to another designer or a CMS user working on the site.

Auto Expanding DIVS to fit content
As a designer I am very pleased with Webydo. I can create beautiful responsive websites in the matter of no time. But as a programmer I am not very happy.
I would love the options to push boundaries with both! First off not being able to access any FTP files and add custom code to my site is very disappointing. There is work around like referencing scripts from another domain but then you're left with another problem... The html widgets don't auto expand in height to the content within it. This would come in handy to many different features like…
1 voteHi Kevin,
Did you try “Add Code To Site”?
You can add HTML, JAVASCRIPT and CSS to your site as you please.
To access this feature, open the Pages & Navigation window, and hover over any page you wish to add code to. Click the </> icon and add your code. You can use it for individual pages or the whole site. Save when you are done and publish to see the results. Is this what you were looking for?

Get Facebook codes to for buttons, like boxes and nes page plugin to actually work
1 voteHi there,
Embedding Facebook buttons is very easy, you can find more info in this link: http://participate.webydo.com/knowledgebase/articles/584154-adding-facebook-like-and-share-buttons-to-your
A quick tip: when grabbing the embed code for Facebook features, its usually divided into 2 pieces of code. Paste both in the same HTML widget.

Add a link to text
You can link things like pages to images, but why not with text??
1 voteHi Moustache,
Linking text is absolutely doable. You can link text to URLs, other pages, anchor links, email addresses and even files. To learn more about text linking options please visit this article on our knowledge base: http://knowledgebase.webydo.com/Basic-Elements-/52333731/The-Text-Element.htm

Hi Don,
Using SitePal’s avatars is definitely possible. Just copy the code Sitepal provides you, and embed it on Webydo’s widget element.

Locked / Floating Navigation or pane
Area is locked down either in header or main body area, so when the user scrolls the content moves accordingly (up/down/left/right) but the navigation or key area remains in place. Would also apply to the footer so imagery scrolls only in content area.
This would allow the ability to scroll whilst key content (nag etc) remains.
1 voteThanks for the idea, and it’s available.
We call it “Pin Position”. Just select the element you want, right click it, and choose the “Pin Position” option.

No borders?
Is there no ption to add borders around page elements? If not I'd say that's a pretty major item not available.
1 voteHi Alexxi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Webydo has border options. We call the borders around elements “stroke”.
You can edit them under the “Stroke” tab on the right properties panel. You may even have different stroke sized for each side of the element.

Tumblr
Ability to show other blog sites post (ie, tumblr, or wordpress) via widget so clients can easily continue to have the old content on old blog display on webydo platform. This will eliminate the need to transfer content for the client.
1 voteYou may embed content by using Webydo’s “Widget Element”:

Layers window position
I find the layers window gets in the way and I don't really need to see it constantly. Could it be instead part of the properties flyout? If not, a dropdown maybe?
1 voteThanks for the feedback! You may hide ithe layers window on the top “view” menu.
You may also drag it to the ride side, where the properties menu is located.

Is there already a way to include a widget of google maps? Or a way to include a live map on a site?
I come from the world of WIX and I was able to make that site work within the parameters that they set.
http://fusion054.wix.com/paragonboston#!portfolio/c16up
There were some cool stock widgets that they had which were pretty cool and one of them was the google maps. Google maps is something that I would like to include in my work and there are many professional companies out here who like to include this into their sites. Thanks,
Jonathan1 voteHey Jonathan,
YES!
You can easily embed an interactive map in your site using google maps and the Webydo HTML widget.
1. Go to Google Maps and look up your address
2. On the bottom right corner, click on the cogwheel icon and select the “share and embed map” option.
3. Switch to the “embed map” tab and copy the code on the top
4. After copying the code, go back to Webydo.
5. Drag a widget element onto the canvas, and switch to an HTML type widget.
6. On the right you’ll see a code window, paste in your code and click update.
7. The map will appear in the widget. You can adjust the size of the widget manually or simply adjust the size of the map using the code.
This is very easy to do.Simply change the width and height properties between the quotation marks…
