Whether it is possible to make a fixed widget?
We have just finished the production process of the “Pin Position” feature!
It will allow you to keep your most important elements on the screen when scrolling through your website.
After you pin the position of an element, it will appear as if it is “floating” on the site.
From fixed menus to headers and side bars, there are endless inspiring examples of how to use fixed elements.
So please check it out, and tell us how it feels.
We hope you like it!
Oh Oleg, that website, my poor eyes!
Thank you guys really cool feature!!!!
I just used one of the templates and fixed the menu at the top. It isn't 100%, because I rushed it, but you can see it here.
I'd like to see a sample of a site with a floating menu that was build with Webydo? Anyone can give me an example of such a site?
Just playing around with this. Absolutely love it! Moving toward parallax scrolling, one bit at a time.

This seems to be one of the ONLY big missing pieces in Webydo! Please let us know when it's available.
Any updates on this functionality in it's stages of development?
Great very much appreciated, thanks.

We are working on this guys!
I'll make sure to update you when it's ready.
Thanks for the feedback!

And on the programming site i imagine it "just" would be to add an option in the styling panel to check "keep floating at top" or "keep floating at bottom" option and then that would apply som simple css to the element like : " position: fixed; top: 0px;" / " position: fixed; bottom: 0px; "

Would appreciate this very much !
I think that the ability to lock the header and/or other elements would be really appreciated. For example if you create a horizontal scrolling gallery is very annoying to see title and menu going out on the left.
yes definitely especially since many more sites are being designed for hand held devices where you scroll down with your finger and you want to still have the commands on top.

I'd love this! It would be great to be able to have a fixed floating header as the site is scrolled.
I think that there should be an option to lock all elements, maybe via the layers window.
would make it alot easier to design a website like that.
I don't think other website makers have it, but should be cool.
Floating fixed widget. Which would remain visible while scrolling.
sorry for jumping in, just curious. what is a fixed widget?
