can I change the speed that anchor scrolling the page?
I think the scrolling speed is too slowly

The anchor scrolling speed can not be altered yet, but this is a great idea.

You can link to an anchor and bypass the scroll option by linking it to a URL.
This does not mean the links open in a new window, you have the choice when settings up a URL link if it's going to open in the same window or a new one.

I'd like to see the anchor scrolling removed or a least be given an option to scroll or jump to anchor point.
I know there's is an workaround for jumping to an achor point, but this opens a new window and isn't ideal.
