  Hello

  E-mail address' can also have a color added to them.
  You can set the color in the styles option when setting your link.
  The drop-down is below the e-mail settings

  Paragraph styles include color, so if your styles are black, that is why you are having trouble changing the color. Make a new style for your link in the desired color, then you can re-save the email link with the new style.
