Cross-browser compatibility
As we all know, Internet Explorer can be a pain when it comes to cross-browser compatibility. What versions of IE does this work in?
1 voteThe sites are IE 8+ compatible.

The site border (around entire browser window) available?
Hello, I'm a new starter.
I wonder if a site/body border effect achievable or not. Like this site: https://www.beoplay.com/
There's a white border around the whole site. I think it's a pretty feature.
Thank you!

Transitions
I like the parallax feature a lot, but it's clunky, you have to set a direction then an effect is triggered.
it would be really cool to have transition effects without movement, or scolling. or when you hover over an image or something
1 voteHi Tristan,
Did you mean rollover effects?
What sort of interaction from a visitor do you see activating the effect?
Would you please explain in more detail? -
page tags, tag manager, tag cloud.
simple features that help a lot in wordpress based pages.

No borders?
Is there no ption to add borders around page elements? If not I'd say that's a pretty major item not available.
1 voteHi Alexxi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Webydo has border options. We call the borders around elements “stroke”.
You can edit them under the “Stroke” tab on the right properties panel. You may even have different stroke sized for each side of the element.

Tumblr
Ability to show other blog sites post (ie, tumblr, or wordpress) via widget so clients can easily continue to have the old content on old blog display on webydo platform. This will eliminate the need to transfer content for the client.
1 voteYou may embed content by using Webydo’s “Widget Element”:

No apostrophes in form items -- please fix
In Forms, adding text to a radio button or dropdown does not allow apostrophes. It turns I'm into Im and it's into its, and so on.

need 3rd party player for video backgrounds!!!
We could really use a third party player to upload videos to.
vimeo refuses to remove their play/pause buttons and so does Youtube. Why offer a product that confuses your clients if it dos not work properly.
1 voteHi,
Please provide us with more information so we could assist you further. In the mean time you can consult our Knowledge Base on the Video and Widget Elements.

enable the display of german umlaut
for now, webydo replaces ä, ö, or ü with a "?" in tab names- which looks weird. Please enable the correct display of those umlauts. thank you.

Layers window position
I find the layers window gets in the way and I don't really need to see it constantly. Could it be instead part of the properties flyout? If not, a dropdown maybe?
1 voteThanks for the feedback! You may hide ithe layers window on the top “view” menu.
You may also drag it to the ride side, where the properties menu is located.

Is there already a way to include a widget of google maps? Or a way to include a live map on a site?
I come from the world of WIX and I was able to make that site work within the parameters that they set.
http://fusion054.wix.com/paragonboston#!portfolio/c16up
There were some cool stock widgets that they had which were pretty cool and one of them was the google maps. Google maps is something that I would like to include in my work and there are many professional companies out here who like to include this into their sites. Thanks,
Jonathan1 voteHey Jonathan,
YES!
You can easily embed an interactive map in your site using google maps and the Webydo HTML widget.
1. Go to Google Maps and look up your address
2. On the bottom right corner, click on the cogwheel icon and select the “share and embed map” option.
3. Switch to the “embed map” tab and copy the code on the top
4. After copying the code, go back to Webydo.
5. Drag a widget element onto the canvas, and switch to an HTML type widget.
6. On the right you’ll see a code window, paste in your code and click update.
7. The map will appear in the widget. You can adjust the size of the widget manually or simply adjust the size of the map using the code.
This is very easy to do.Simply change the width and height properties between the quotation marks…

HSV colour picker
I am quite frustrated with the colour picker. I would love the option to change between hue saturation and value adjusters like the photoshop colour picker. Right now it seems we're stuck with a saturation slider and then I just have to guess when I want a darker version of the same hue.

Make Shapes editable in CMS
It would be useful if CMS users could edit images and colours within the Shape element and not JUST DMS users. ...Or for that matter it would be good if they could edit any aspect of this element.
After all, if we don't want them to able to do this to maintain the integrity of the design, then we still have the option to tick the box to make it non-editable on the Properties Panel, so can't understand why Webydo haven't made it editable in CMS???
1 voteHi David,
You are able to provide you CMS with full design abilities, in order to be able to edit the site just like a DMS can.In the Dashboard, click the settings icon, and select the CMS tab. Choose “Full Design Abilities”.
