Good idea Andy.
1. Let’s see what the community thinks about this.
2. I have sent your idea to our Success team, and hopefully they will contact you soon, to help you with this.
Totally agree! VERY good idea - I could also need to get in touch with a Webydo expert.
We will try and see how we can do that, and if we can get it back to our roadmap.
Agree. Good idea :)
This is an interesting approach.
User feedback is the main reason we decided to set like this our pricing model and the structure of Webydo plans. We found that users need two main things to feel satisfied with Webydo: simplicity & flexibility.
To address these needs, the pricing model takes an all-inclusive approach with Hosting & CMS included and is also more flexible, offering monthly plans.
If the idea will have enough votes, we’ll definitely consider to add a Starter plan.
Enhancing the responsive feature by adding breakpoints and enabling their adjustment is a great idea.
Promoting it depends on our community votes and comment. So let’s see how our users will respond to this idea.
Did you mean rollover effects?
What sort of interaction from a visitor do you see activating the effect?
Would you please explain in more detail?
• You hover over an image of a nice dish and boom! the ingredients fan out from behind the image.
• Roll over the rims of a car, and they start spinning.
• Click a headline - and the image underneath gets a green tone, fades in/out/changes etc
Please tell us more about what you would like to in a media library.
We have many new galleries in the Elements Panel under Galleris and under Media & Slideshows, please try them and tell us what you think.
Thank you for the suggestion!
Hi, that’s a very interesting idea.
What kind of selection you had in mind?
Check out Wix. They have a HUGE selection of basic shapes and also more advanced ornaments and elements. This would be an AWESOME feature for Webydo :)
This is planned.
Hopefully will be done in a couple of weeks.
Have you tried to change the “Site Size” from 960px to a higher number?
This might be done in the Studio, under the “Site Presets” top menu.
Let me know if this helps.
We will check this out.
Have you tried using the Drag Handle Tool for moving all element together?
With this tool you can easily move your entire design up or down while preserving every element’s placement.
To use it, select any element, and notice the icon on the top left.
Would eliminate a lot of online issues AND speed up things tremendously.
Having to refresh or reload your page/design constantly due to laggy internet is a pain in the rectal area.
Adding zoom abilities to the Studio is super important. This is planned, and I hope it will be developed soon.
The more votes it gets, the sooner it will be done…
Absolutely agree. Wix actually does this very well, where you simply CMD-scroll to zoom in and out.
Great feature and a must-have when working with details.
Thanks for the idea!
Absolutely a MONSTER timesaver.
As I suggested to a customer supporter; being able to load the different templates; or even better: having a larger library with different elements and layouts to choose from would be a HUGE timesaver.
It´s a missed opportunity that we can´t use all the elements we want from your templates - plus it´s imperative that you can copy-paste elements from one of your own sites to another.
Your Layers Panel just got a major revamp. You are now able to:
- Reorder elements
- Rename layers
- Lock elements
In addition, icons were added so that you can easily find Anchor Links, pinned layers and parallax layers on your canvas.
Check out the full update here:
This is one of the most important features lacking ATM.
Being able to right-click to choose layer and "move forward" or "move backwards", and not just "move to back" and "move to front".
Fumbling around with layers is probably THE one area where I waste most time.
Let’s see how much votes it gets.
