We just added an amazing E-commerce solution for Webydo!
Ecwid, the most popular store builder app on Facebook, is now available as a Webydo Widget.
Just click on the Widget Tool, choose the store icon and you have your own store ready.

Hi Amanda,
Webydo has a cool E-commerce widget by Ecwid.
Check the insert menu (it has an icon of a shopping cart).
It's really powerful and you can create any kind of online store your clients need. I'm actually working on a complicated project and quite amazed by the verity of functions of the Ecwid widget.
Good luck!!
Alan

Hi Erika, I agree!
In the meantime working with the grid overlay is really helpful (you can set it up in the grid generator).

I couldn't agree more!! A blog is a must.
Would be great to also have a community forum with easy navigation that will allow the webydo community to discuss things, share tips, etc.
Thanks for your great work guys!!

We have just released a new feature we call “Revision History”, and it allows you to go back in time…
In the your site studio, you can now preview older versions and changes made to your website and recover the version you like best.
- Every change is auto-saved
- Go back in time endlessly
- See who made changes and when
- Preview site versions before restoringReverting your site does not eliminate other versions – we auto-save everything for your convenience.
How to work it
1. Open the Webydo Studio
2. Click the Revision History Icon on the top right menu to enter Revision History View Mode.
3. Click the timestamp in the panel on the left to see previous versions and editing details.
4. To revert your site to the version you’re currently viewing, click Restore this revision.5. Click the X icon to exit Revision History…

You may embed music player using Webydo’s “Widget” element.
For example, you may use Soundcloud’s widget by clicking their ‘Share’ button that will generate an exclusive embed code that only you have access to.
And then embed that code into your Webydo site using Webydo’s “Widget” element.

In the Dashboard, click the “Settings” icon next to the desired site, and click “Download Website As A Zip Backup File.”Have fun!

Hey - I think you basically mean that we should have an option to backup all files to our own servers or personal computer and not just on Webydo's cloud in preparation for a "rainy day". Right?
I like the idea and I vote YES :)
Long live the Webydo cloud!

Thanks Yashas for your feedback!
Maybe you are experiencing some kind of bug, because the scrolling ability is available in the preview mode.

We will gather as much feedback as we can on this feature.
When we have all the info we need, we will send it to production.
Lets see what the community thinks about the idea. As our development plan is based on the community’s votes, we will be watching the vote count on this one too.

Hi Leonard,
You can take the code, but you'll lose the CMS...
Our agency is using Webydo for quite awhile now, and I feel that the CMS is crucial for the smooth management of our clients' sites and we prefer to host on Webydo (we rebranded the system..).
But I think it will be great to have an option to backup our sites (download to our desktop). If this is what you meant I agree!!!
I hope this option will be free...
Thanks to the Webydo team for their great work and good luck!

Custom Brand Webydo as Your Own!
We are very excited to announce that we have just released new custom-branding abilities to Webydo.
This will allow designers to custom-brand Webydo’s interface and present it to their clients as their own.
You will also be granted with your own log-in page, displaying your own logo, so your clients will be able to log-in directly to their websites, in order to manage content, without having to go through Webydo at all.
Branding is a key element for any designer. Whether you own a large company or you are a freelancer, your brand is your identity.

I love this feature!
I just realized that when I go to my "dashboard" and choose "my account" - I can copy the link that provides my clients with an independent login page with my logo.
The clients cannot touch the design, only use the CMS.
(I prefer to lock most of it, anyway..)I've just sent this to all my clients. Cool stuff :)

Hi everyone,
Full-width, slideshow, horizontal, rotator and grid galleries are the newest additions to the Webydo Studio. Each gallery has it’s own unique editing options which you may change within the Design Panel.

try installing Colorzilla for FF or chrome..!!
However, beloved Webydo team- - - it would be great to have Mac's color management in order to save color palates for each site/client
