That’s a really cool feature, well look into it.
Thank you for the suggestion! An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented
An example would be http://www.wix.com/ - the sections on the homepage are 100% browser height

You cannot create multiple 100% viewport height shapes stacked on top of each other though :)

Perfect admin! It just sounded like it would only scale down on specific devices by the name "Device- targeted".
Look forward to this, great work!An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented
Webydo Amdin; so by this you mean our sites will be mobile and tablet optimized? It is better to have text, photos, videos, elements etc scale freely based on media queries, breakpoints, and %'s rather than to target specific devices like the iphone and ipad for example because there are so many different devices with different resolutions and screen sizes.

We have just released some new fitting options for the shape element (including the option to fit it to the full browser width),
Hope you’ll like it!

Horia, I am waiting excitedly for this feature as well!
I noticed they moved the development state back to "PLANNED", it was originally marked as "STARTED" on sept 17, but seems to of taken a step back.An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented
Any update? This was started 3 months ago... starting to wonder whats going on.
Also why is there a photo of the Site Presets with this feature request? Did you merge the two? Because they are completely different ideas...

All Webydo websites are valid HTML5 sites.
It was specially designed to deliver rich content. The current version delivers everything from animation to graphics, music to movies, and can also be used to build complicated websites.
HTML5 is also cross-platform. It is designed to work whether you are using a PC, or a Tablet, a Smartphone, or a Smart TV.

Now, you can purchase domain names straight from Webydo.
Choose domain name and purchase it directly from your site settings in your Dashboard. The domain will be automatically connected to your website.
Go to your site settings on the Dashboard and click the “Domain & Email” tab to purchase your own domain.

Custom Brand Webydo as Your Own!
We are very excited to announce that we have just released new custom-branding abilities to Webydo.
This will allow designers to custom-brand Webydo’s interface and present it to their clients as their own.
You will also be granted with your own log-in page, displaying your own logo, so your clients will be able to log-in directly to their websites, in order to manage content, without having to go through Webydo at all.
Branding is a key element for any designer. Whether you own a large company or you are a freelancer, your brand is your identity.

Awesome!
Will this include custom login pages with a custom logo for our clients as well, or will they still have to login from the webydo login page?An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented
I was thinking the same thing - great idea Seg!
It would be cool to have our own page to direct our clients to, for example my company is "PassionPixels" so it would be cool if all my clients could go to something like passionpixels.webydo.com and be greeted by a branded login page and dashboard. Or if you have a website for your web design business - a branded, dedicated "login" page.

You can now fully customize your own 404 Error page.
Tip: Design an appealing message on your 404 page so visitors will understand what happened and what they can do next.
You can see ours here. How to work it?
- For new sites: When you create a new site, a “404 Error page” will be part of your page list so you’ll be able to fully design it just like any other page.- For existing sites: In your Studio’s “Pages” menu, create a new page and make sure that the URL property is set to www.yoursite.com/404.html
What do you think?

Hi everyone,
We wanted to let you know that we are working on a development that will let you choose from a variety of designed elements to be add to the canvas as well as save your own.
We will update you as soon as it is released. An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented
A button can be created by inserting a shape and including the text or by inserting text and giving it a background color / gradient, stroke, shadow, etc. No singular menu needed.

We have just finished the production process of the “Pin Position” feature!
It will allow you to keep your most important elements on the screen when scrolling through your website.
After you pin the position of an element, it will appear as if it is “floating” on the site.
From fixed menus to headers and side bars, there are endless inspiring examples of how to use fixed elements.
So please check it out, and tell us how it feels.
We hope you like it!

I'd love this! It would be great to be able to have a fixed floating header as the site is scrolled.

Under the “My Branding” tab on the dashboard, there is a section called “Publish Sites Under Your Own Domain Name”.
This will allow you to connect your own domain name and publish sites under your own name.
Instead of publishing sites under Webydo’s sub-domain like this: site123.webydo.com,
publish your sites under your own domain, like this: site123.yourowndomain.com.An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented

Hi Everyone,
We have some exciting news. New buttons are now available in the Studio with rollover states and multiple animations and transition effects.
Not only do you have dozens of buttons to choose from, you are also able to customize the color, text and effects of the states to fit your design needs.
You can find these buttons in the Elements Panel under the Buttons drop-down and simply drag and drop them onto the canvas.
For more information on the new buttons: http://goo.gl/kE6A4F
Please try them and tell us what you think.

We have just released an update with many new keyboard shortcuts (including “CMD + Z/CTRL + Z” to undo).
We are working on adding many more keyboard shortcuts in the near future. An error occurred while saving the comment Jaiden Leach commented
I am finding the same thing as Cosmin is. The undo seems to work sporadically - perfect for somethings, and nothing at all for others.

Hi Jaidenleach!
You can make circles using the “Corner Radius” property.
Webydo allows you to control each side of the element and each corner, separately.
The “Corner Radius” property controls the roundness of the element corners. It works in the same way as Stroke.
For more info, check out this page:

We’re happy to announce that you now have the ability to add your own code to any section (including the “Head” section) of your Webydo sites.
You may add and edit the code in all the site’s sections in order to have full control of your site, and to be able to easily embed widgets that need code to be added to different sections of a page.
You may also add code to your site’s CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) document, if you wish to do so.
In order to add/edit code, in the studio, click on the “Pages” link on the top menu. Next to each of your site’s pages, you will find the “Add Code” option.
Hope you like it :)

We have just released the Lightbox Element. It allows you to create a button that will display any web page in a popup window, dimming out the background of the page on which it is located.
Where to find it:
In the Studio’s Elements Panel, open the “Gallery” category, and just drag & drop the “Lightbox” Element onto your canvas.Hope you like it!

Add the ability to add a Lightbox that opens displaying a photo or text/content when clicking on a shape or link.

Hey guys! Guess what? We just launched ‘The Media Library’!
The new Media Library stores all your images online in one place – so It works like a cloud, meaning that you will be able to access them anytime, anywhere.
The best part of all is all you have to do is upload the image just like you always do and it will be automatically stored in the library.
You may also upload your all images at once to the Media Library, and then you are free to work fully online.
Enjoy this new feature and please try it and send us your feedback so we can continue to polish it off for you.
Keep on Designing on! Rock on Webydo’ers!

No, you can't stack multiple full page sections on top of each other doing that. Have a look at wix.com's sections as you scroll through them, they are the full height of the page and stacked on each other :)
