    Hi Ben,
Can you tell us more about what kind of table you want to see?
What design option will help you?
If the table would be separated from the Text Element would that be better for you?

Please give us more information and thank you for your suggestion.

I agree the Tables function needs to be greatly improved. The ability to import text and have it flow into a table format especially. There also needs to be more control over style sheets. Currently if you highlight all text and set a global style the text is removed from the table. Each cell has to be set separately. Same with changing background colors and lots of other formatting -- you have to do it in each cell. Very inefficient. If you want to know what functionalities designers expect in tables look to the other programs we commonly use like InDesign. Thanks for listening! Hope to see this function improved on soon!

What happened to this idea? Two years ago it was entering development. Is it still going to happen?

I really need to have more than one CMS user per site. I'd like to have one CMS user able to access limited design mode while others can only update text (Content mode). This is a huge problem for my customers.

I understand the problem with multiple logins is that two users can't be in the site at the same time or history, etc would be messed up. But maybe something could be set up so when one user is in the site another trying to login would get a message saying "Please login later, another user is currently updating..."?

Yes, we need to be able to organize our styles palette so it makes sense!

The CMS user is able to add unlimited images within text content sections provided by the designer.

They are also able to update all other images on the site, including galleries.

We will gather feedback on the idea in order to better understand the needs.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
You can make articles responsive, just go to the desired breakpoint, shift and resize the inner elements and click publish.
Remember that it’s best to work from the largest breakpoint to the smallest.

This might also help eliminate some of the bugs the appear when the browser cache gets full... making the site easier to use, even for us lucky ones who have good internet access. I'm constantly having to empty cache to get things to work as they should.

    Hi everyone,

A search box is now available along with group of other new third party plugins that can be easily dragged and dropped directly onto your canvas. Ranging from chat windows to social media bars and eCommerce buttons, these are just some of the latest additions to the Elements Panel in the Webydo Studio.

Please try them and tell us what you think, thanks for all the feedback.

Yes, there should be a preferences area to set the font family, size, and color for H1 - H3 and <p> styles. Would even be better if you could have multiple "sets" or customizable styles (much like InDesign's paragraph and character styles.

The type formatting burden is much too great right now without style presets.

Have you tried the FAQ widget?

The FAQ widgets allows you to create, organize and display content on any page.

Just enter Questions and Answers in the Content menu, then edit Design settings to match your site.
Include images, videos, and links. And choose between expandable accordion style, or display a single answer on click.

    Thanks for the feedback Frank!

You do have the ability to copy and paste elements between pages.

We know there are some bugs regarding the this ability, and we are working to fix them as soon as possible.

Would also be great if you could take a page from one website to another, either by making that page a template that can be imported into another site, or by copy/paste. Useful for standard pages such as Contact Us, etc. or for re-skinning a site.

    Hi everyone,

Full-width, slideshow, horizontal, rotator and grid galleries are the newest additions to the Webydo Studio. Each gallery has it’s own unique editing options which you may change within the Design Panel.

I desperately need this too! It's becoming a standard practice with sliders. Hard to live without!

We’re happy to announce that you now have the ability to add your own code to any section (including the “Head” section) of your Webydo sites.

You may add and edit the code in all the site’s sections in order to have full control of your site, and to be able to easily embed widgets that need code to be added to different sections of a page.

You may also add code to your site’s CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) document, if you wish to do so.

In order to add/edit code, in the studio, click on the “Pages” link on the top menu. Next to each of your site’s pages, you will find the “Add Code” option.

    Hope you like it :)
