    Hi everyone!

Webydo automatically creates a sitemap for your site.
You can see it by adding "/sitemap.xml" to the site's URL, just like in this example:
    http://www.webydo.com/sitemap.xml

    Hi everyone,

We want to let you know that we have a new feature: Page Visibility.

This new feature lets you control the visibility of each page on your website.
In the Webydo Studio, you can define any page as public, private or password protected.

Public: visible to everyone (default setting).
Private: visible only in the Webydo Studio.
Password Protected: visible only upon entering a username and password (these values remain the same regardless of page).

    How It Works:
Go to the Pages & Navigation window.
Choose the page you wish to edit.
    Click the Settings Icon.
Under Visibility choose: Public, Private or Password Protected (for this option you must enter a username and password).
    Click OK and Publish.

Thank you for the feedback, if you have more questions please contact our support team.

    Hi Derby,

You can use the form tool to allow users to sign up for a newsletter, however at the moment Webydo does not incorporate databases so it will have to be edited manually.

In terms of password protected pages, this is due in 8-10 weeks!

    :)

    Hi Zach,

You can change the link to whatever you like by double clicking on it and using the text toolbar at the top - just like a normal piece of text

    Hi Edson!

You should be able to access the colour codes of your saved colours in the "Site Presets" section.
However, this really is a great idea and something that has already come up. We will definitely take this into consideration in our next updates.

    Hi Katherine,

At the moment you can link text to a downloadable PDF.
If you highlight text in the text box and then go to the top toolbar where it says "link to", from the dropdown menu next to it, you can select "file" and then choose the correct one. When it's linked it will change the colour and underline of the text, but you can just change this using the text editing toolbar.

Webydo does have site wide colors.
Click on the “Site Presets” link in the top menu and choose your site colors.

If you change later on the colors, they will take affect on all the site.

Regarding site wide fonts, we are working on that, and it should be available in the near future.

Olivia - Webydo Team commented  ·

    Hi there,

This is something we are working on - including it in the H tagging options so you can change them site wide like this - including fonts, colour, size etc.
Hopefully this will be with us soon although I don't have a date to give you. We will keep you updated though and we really appreciate your patience!

    Google Custom Search Plugin

We have added a new Search Plugin that’s Free! You can now add Google’s Custom Search box directly in the Webydo Studio.

With Google Custom Search you can:

    - Create custom search engines that search across a specified collection of sites or pages
    - Enable image search for your site
    - Customize the look and feel of search results
    - Add promotions to your search results
    - Associate your search engine with your Google AdSense account, so you make money whenever users click ads on your search results pages.

This really is a great idea. In the meantime you are able to very easily embed a custom search box, like Google's : https://www.google.com/cse/

    Hi all,

This is actually not a bug.
The way to do this is by inserting one of your menus on the homepage of one of the languages. Then right click and select "duplicate on all pages". Here you can select exactly which pages this menu will be on. Then go to the homepage of your other language and insert the correct menu and repeat this on the specific pages it is supposed to be.
If you just insert one menu and repeat it on all pages and then change which language menu it is - they will all change because they are a repetition of each other

    Hiya!
I just wanted to let you all know that you can change your password directly from the dashboard.
Next to a site you will see a cog wheel - the settings, when you click this, a new box opens up with one of the tabs named "password". If you change your password here it is your log in password, it is not site specific.
At the moment the only way to change your log in email is by getting in contact with us at support@webydo.com.
We do hope to incorporate the features you are talking about here, so please bear with us!
